Summary Shipping Policies

Orders are shipped within 48 hours from receiving confirmation by payment to the address confirmed by the payment processor ( ie: Paypal/ Visa/ Amex).

All our shipments are sent either by US Postal service standard-parcel post or Fedex Ground or Home Delivery service depending on the size and weight of the package (Larger package via Fedex).

Allow 5 to 8 working days depending on location and distance from Reno NV (our location).

Shipping rates are the published shipping rates plus $ 3.00 handling charge (box/packing and service expenses). We generally do not profit from shipping.

 

$20.00 for all deliveries of large items within a 20 mile radius from our location in Reno, NV.

You can return a product for up to 3 days from the date you purchased it. 

 

3 day returns - Buyer pays return shipping, with some exceptions where electronic item was not tested due to incomplete electronic equipment.
